Join Christina Graziano and Jen Boulanger for Part II of their beloved Meditative Sound Immersion — now expanded to a full 90 minutes after our last gathering left guests wishing it would never end. This extended journey gives your mind, body, and spirit even more time to unwind, release, and recalibrate.
Christina opens the evening with a guided meditation, gently weaving imagery and intention that help you drop out of the thinking mind and into a deeper state of awareness. As her voice settles into the room, Jen layers in the ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and sacred instruments that move like light through your energy field.
The frequencies travel where words cannot — dissolving tension, clearing emotional residue, and activating the body’s natural pathways for healing and renewal. It’s a sound bath that feels like being wrapped in warmth, clarity, and the kind of peace your nervous system has been craving.
