Have you been outside yet today?

The wind feels really good. It changes everything when we just go outside. So simple. Yet sometimes it doesn’t happen! Happens to all of us.

We have one more month of outdoor yoga, so let’s make it happen! Most outdoor programs ended in September, but we’re excited to still be out here with you.

Dear YOTB community,

Moving with honesty and open arms this message comes to clear the air and embrace new beginnings.

There has been some mixed messaging in regard to the continuation of our donation-based yoga program on the banks of the Schuylkill River. Rest assured, your teachers are here for you and will continue the program that you know and love.

Come join us back on the grass on Tuesday, July 30th at 6:00pm. This class will be free to all!

We’d love to see you and share more on the transition. This new chapter comes with a new name! Follow us for more updates. Can’t wait to be back with you soon. ❤️

Time to soak up the sun, jump in some water and explore! Summer is my favorite season (hello to my fellow 🦀 ) and I’m taking a much needed break starting next week after I do my first triathlon on my birthday this Sunday!

But before all that ensues, one last Colorflow class to move and breathe and get grounded for this hot ☀️cancer season.
