A bit more about this (no Pilates pun intended 🤣)…she’s a plant lady () who shares our passion for healthy living.

“Hey everyone! My name is Libby and I am a pilates instructor! I’m so excited to be joining the Vitality Project! I know you will all love pilates once you try it! I have been doing pilates for about 3 years and teaching for 1. It has truly changed my life. My favorite thing about pilates is literally anyone can do it. Whether you’re pregnant, have bad knees, back injuries or even osteoporosis, pilates can help you. I noticed such amazing changes in my body when I first started, and i’m still changing everyday! My shoulders are more mobile, my back doesn’t hurt anymore, I have better posture and I’m more flexible! I will be doing a variety of different class levels and styles and I can’t wait for you to try them!”

Today, lets chat sun exposure…Did you know if you live North of Atlanta, GA you can’t make Vit D from sunlight between late Oct - late Feb (depending on location).

The great news is that if you live in most parts of the North, we have made it to the time of year where we can begin to get some sun exposure!! ⚠️Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain and a little out of whack with all that’s going on right now and your wellness is taking a hit. 🥊
Should you keep calm and carry on? Or should you join the crowds and buy ALL the pasta? I don’t have all the exact answers, heck! I’m not sure anyone does…including all the wellness gurus who will promise you otherwise…
.
But I want you to know that I’m here and I’m riding this with you. In the last few days I’ve been speaking with many clients and practitioners and here are my top takeaways that I hope will help you navigate this time:

1️⃣ Keep moving even when you don’t feel like it.
2️⃣ Try to nourish your body with nutrient dense Whole Foods
3️⃣ Manage stress, rest and sleep
4️⃣ Stay connected to the positive people and resources in your daily life.
It’s probably not surprising that these coincide with our MELT method (transforming how we Move, Eat, Live, & Think) and that ohhh soooo on purpose!
