“Resiliency Reboot Yoga"
Hi Everyone. I am offering an “Intro to Resiliency Reboot Yoga" Zoom class on Friday, Aug. 21st. 1pm-1:45pm
This class is offered to you at no change and those attending will help me to fulfill my 50 hour Trauma Informed Sensitive Yoga Teacher Training with The Body Wise Foundation

Class time - 1pm to 1:45pm - 5 min Intro discussion and 5-10 min guided meditation followed by a 30 min gentle trauma informed yoga class.
This is an all levels class that will be appropriate and sensitive to all types of traumatic experiences.

Resiliency Reboot Yoga - All Levels
Resiliency Reboot Yoga (RRY) is a gentle yoga class based on reducing physiological and somatic discomforts often attributed to PTSD, such as pain and anxiety.
This gentle yoga class will help you bounce back from PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma or other deep emotions tied to uncontrollable events. Students are taught to ‘reboot’ their natural ability to recover from trauma by reconnecting to their bodies via the mind/body/spirit connection.
Meditation, breath work, and gentle yoga shapes are practiced in this 75 minute class via Zoom. (Series offered after the intro class).
Pre-registration for the Intro class, 8/21/20 is required.
