Contempt is the most destructive negative behavior in relationships and is the number one predictor of divorce.

Contempt is not "I hate you." It's worse. It says "I'm better than you, you're lesser than me." Just like betrayal comes from broken trust, contempt comes from broken respect.

Grief support is an essential part of healing for individuals who have experienced a loss. Our group will help you to better understand practical information about grieving such as:
 physical symptoms of grief
 how to take care of yourself
 acknowledge normal grief emotions
We will discuss grief triggers, and work on developing coping strategies to help rebuild your life in a constructive way. \
You will surround yourself with those who are also in a similar place. You are not alone!
60 minute discussion |7:30pm-8:30pm Wednesdays | 8 weeks
$35 per week, or $280 for the entire program.
