Dealing with a situation right now involving spiritual vampires and these post hit home! When you see people moving in a mob mentality you learn who are the ring leaders and who are the followers. The ring leaders are people that know you’ve seen through the image they present to the world and their truth getting out terrifies them! Now they’ve set out to turn people against you before you can show people who they really are, or before people see you for who you really are.
Next there are the followers. Some follow the crowd because what they hear about you fits with what they need to believe about you. It makes them feel more secure about themselves to think that you aren’t as dope as you appear to be! And the last group are followers that see that the bs, knows it’s wrong but don’t have enough self esteem to stand up for themselves, or you! My biggest task is remaining empathetic through all the bs 😩🤦🏾♀️
While I’ve never been so insecure, or malicious that I just hate someone for no reason and set up blockers for them… but I do know what it’s like to let insecurity get in the way. I can remember being a people pleaser and putting my morals to the side to follow the crowd. Or being in high school and being scared to be nice to someone just because the “leader” was being weird to them. I remember how I behaved before I learned to love myself and that’s why I know that emotional puppeteering is real. It’s also a MAJOR sign of NO SELF LOVE or WORTH from the puppeteer to the puppets! People who truly love themselves and community don’t behave like that! Decent and good hearted people don’t behave like that! And good hearted people who love themselves don’t follow crowds like that!
The only thing I can say is don’t let yourself be a weapon formed against someone because you never truly know why the weapon is being formed…And when karma spins the block plausible deniability won’t save you💯
