🥹This is what this challenge is all about! Inspiring and encouraging others to get active! Move ya body because YOU CAN! Because YOU'RE ABLE TO! It's truly an underrated blessing 🙌🏾.

💪🏾 It may seem miniscule to you but this is big to me! There was a time I walked with a walker and a cane! So to have the ability to walk unassisted, to squat (even though I lose my balance at times) is a major blessing 🙌🏾 I don't take for granted!

♥️ I'm honored to be encouraging other women to get active even if it is squatting 3x a day. Always remember, small changes yield big results in the end💪🏾
