Join me this Thursday 12/4 for a sensory playgroup for you and your little one!

This is a fun and engaging group designed to support your little one in exploring their senses through movement, play and relationship. This is a safe and inclusive space for children of all abilities, interests and curiosities.

Run by myself, occupational therapist and yoga instructor, I focus this group to help children develop sensory processing skills, build body awareness and enhance emotion regulation, all while supporting you as caregiver… answering any questions you might have and providing practical tips and tools for you to take home with you.

It has been one FULL year of all things Eighth Sense Wellness. I first started spreading the word that I was ready to accept clients in October and started seeing my first client in November. Now, things have evolved beyond what I could have even imagined… and it’s only just begun… ❤️ here’s to life, adventure, opportunity, connection, and love ❤️

Did you know yoga and meditation for kids is actually extremely beneficial in supporting their imagination and creative thinking brain centers? 🤩

I offer kids’ yoga classes that support sensory regulation, emotional awareness, and co-regulation. I can bring these sessions to your clinic, your school, or a private group of children! I also work alongside to provide these classes. Jana is an incredible human being and runs so many classes in and out of school! Check them out!
