🚨 Listen to Your Heart: Do You Know the Signs?
Heart disease doesn't always look like a dramatic movie scene. Sometimes, your body speaks in whispers before it shouts. This , the American Heart Association wants you to know that recognizing the symptoms early can make all the difference.
Keep an eye out for:
Unusual Fatigue: Feeling exhausted after simple tasks?
Chest Discomfort: It’s not always sharp pain; it can feel like pressure, squeezing, or fullness.
Shortness of Breath: Getting winded easily, even while resting.
Pain in Other Areas: Discomfort radiating to the jaw, neck, back, or arms.
Dizziness or Lightheadedness: Feeling faint or breaking into a cold sweat.
Women’s symptoms can be different! Nausea, indigestion, and extreme fatigue are often overlooked but are major red flags. 🚩
Don’t wait for "someday" to check in on your cardiovascular health. If something feels off, talk to your doctor. Your heart works hard for you. Give it the attention it deserves. ❤️
