Breastfeeding mom tip 🌟

With my second breastfeeding journey, I absolutely despised breast pads. I thought they felt gross, and if I didn't replace frequently enough, they leaked through my clothing anyway.

Someone suggested to me using milk collection cups instead and my life. Was. Changed. Forever.

I was able to collect all of the milk that was essentially wasting away - and saved so much for when I went back to work.

One of the most common questions from my clients is how to build a supply big enough to save some milk for when they return to work. This can be especially difficult for moms who are "just enoughers" - aka moms who make the perfect amount for their baby, but not enough to store away.

If you know you will need to go back to work, it is never too early to demand your body to make a little bit of extra milk. The first 6 weeks is crucial for supply/demand. Milk collection cups can collect some extra milk for your baby and hopefully cut-down on some time using a breast pump.
