I’m so excited to offer this 4-part series all about Pain Reprocessing Therapy and migraine! This will be a special space for people living with migraine to learn more about pain, and how empowering pain theory can actually be. So excited to be offering a new PRT and nervous system regulation group for people with migraine! This will be a warm, supportive space to build community and skills for pain management. I use a combination of somatic skills, pain theory, and pain reprocessing therapy to create a trauma-informed way to be with pain, together.
