So excited to be offering a new PRT and nervous system regulation group for people with migraine! This will be a warm, supportive space to build community and skills for pain management. I use a combination of somatic skills, pain theory, and pain reprocessing therapy to create a trauma-informed way to be with pain, together. I have loved the other groups around migraine that I’ve gotten to do, and I can’t wait for this one. Link in bio to sign up!!
