"We worked closely with the seller and her chosen community to ensure a smooth transition. The buyer was understanding, giving the seller the time needed to prepare her apartment. Through careful negotiation, we reached an agreement for the buyer to keep the larger furniture pieces, sparing the seller from the hassle of moving them. The seller was able to sign the closing papers from the comfort and privacy of her home, while we attended the settlement on her behalf.
