Good evening everyone!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and has a Happy and Healthy New Year.
I also wanted to let everyone know that l am still available for 1-on-1 Mindfulness and Health Coaching and distant Reiki sessions.
I will be back on here in the New Year and will announce my new website, instagram, and tiktok accounts in January.

Just wanted to pop on here to say I hope everyone is enjoying their summer.
