This is a 6 week workshop designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class. Each week we will focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses, how to modify based on our individual needs, how to use props, learn basic breath work, and cultivate a meditation practice. We build on what we learn through practicing our yoga. Join us to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcomed.
