In my latest interview, we explored how martial arts became a powerful tool for healing:
✅ Inspired by childhood memories of watching Kung Fu movies 🎥

✅ Imagined mastering martial arts—not to fight, but to fight for health 💪

This journey began in the mind—with visualizations of strength, skill, and wellness. Over time, it became a path to recovery and empowerment.
