www.theartoasis.net She has been an educator for more than 20 years, operating a recreational arts program that featured her proprietary S.M.Art Kids™ Adaptive Movement & Art curriculum. She holds multiple therapeutic art and wellness-based certifications and loves engaging and inspiring kids! She has written several books, and teaches classes for adults - writing personal memoirs, designing expressive art journals, and creating unique, colorful abstract collages & paintings! Lauren Bruge is our founder's daughter. She is the co-founder of the Art Oasis, CFO (Chief FUN Officer!) and a talented preschool teacher. She has always enjoyed modifying and embellishing clothing, and creating with beads, paint and collage. She loves teaching, planning parties and helping children and adults express themselves through storytelling and art. Together, they make an extraordinary creative team and are ready to help you plan and facilitate your next paint party or fundraising experience! How We Started:

In 2020 when Life as we knew it changed, Barbara's local Bucks County housekeeping service was severely affected and eventually closed permanently. Lauren's college classes were placed on hold indefinitely. and she was laid off from her job. Like many other families, they managed the best they could under isolation, financial tension, and uncertainty of the future. Barbara turned a storage area in her garage into a makeshift exercise room that morphed into a Meditation Room, then a podcast studio, then finally into small art studio, that she referred to as "The Oasis". That space was (and still is) an Oasis in the midst of chaos, that nourishes and gives refuge to the family as they express and process emotions, manage stress and focus on a future filled with truth, goodness, beauty, color, creativity, hope, happiness and healing. It is this same spirit that guides all of our programs - from our creative enrichment programs to our mobile and online art studio.

A beautiful little invitation for World Book Day and a firm favourite ❤️ The log slices I made myself, just painting them and sealing them with modge podge. The caterpillar, cocoon and butterfly are made from a broom handle and felt glued with a glue gun. 👌

It has been quite the month at Sparkle studios...we have two dates available in April left and Are now booking May and June!

Aww, you like us! You really like us!

But we worked hard to build this brand, and we’re gonna need you to switch from “copy” to “create your own" otherwise were going to have to start charging for marketing materials and concepts😂

Just a quick reminder from your original magic‑makers:

We love inspiring creativity… truly.

But lately some of you have been taking “inspired” and running it straight through the copy machine.

We see it. 👀 We clock it.⏰️ We giggle. 😂

But let’s keep it cute and keep it original, okay?
