We also provide excellent floor care for new floors or strip/wax older floors.

Dish soap Tip #4
Remove sticky gum, adhesive residue and stickers by applying a small amount of DAWN to the area and let it sit for a few minutes. Then gently scrub or peel away the goo.

You can use Dish soap (DAWN) to clean your tile and grout floors. Just mix equal parts of dish soap and baking soda to form a paste. Apply to the grout and scrub with a brush. After a few minutes, rinse thoroughly for revitalized grout!

Use white vinegar and DAWN Dish soap to get rid of soap scum and grime buildup in your shower. Spray the solution to the walls and floor and let it sit for a few minutes. Scrub and rinse and then enjoy a clean shower without using harsh chemicals.

Baking Soda Tip #3
Deodorize musty upholstery by sprinkling surfaces with baking soda, letting it sit for 15 minutes, then vacuuming it up. This works to freshen mattresses as well.

Use dish soap with a sprinkle of baking soda to get the stuck on grease off your dishes and pans. The mildly abrasive baking soda with dish soap in a hot water soak will help dissolve the stuck on grease. Then use a little elbow and a sponge to finish it off!

Tip #1: Baking soda will remove the stains from plastic food containers. Soak 4 Tablespoons of baking soda with a quart of warm water and Voila!

Our Story

Debbie Steich began her home cleaning business in 1987. Through just the referrals of her happy customers, her business grew quickly. She hired reliable staff and branched out into commercial cleaning as well. Debbie and her husband then joined forces to become known as “Debbie’s Cleaning and Handyman Tom”. In 2003, Debbie and Tom retired to Florida (lucky them!) and sold the company to Debbie’s daughter, Wanda. Wanda chose to keep the name “Debbie’s Cleaning Serivce” due to it’s great reputation and brand recognition. She did however refine the company's service model to focus exclusively on commercial cleaning. Today, Debbie’s Cleaning Service is a full-service commercial cleaning company that serves the areas surrounding Quakertown, Lansdale, Souderton and Harleysville.
