You are the creator of your life. You control a large portion of what happens to you. You can’t control others but you can control what you allow in your life.

When you go from victim mindset to “I create my own reality,” everything shifts. You can be jealous of others and what they have but you have no idea the darkness they went through or the hard work they put in to get where they are. Yes, we’ve all been handed different cards, but you have the power to take yourself to the next level and that is purely based on your thoughts, beliefs, your daily actions and the people you surround yourself with. When you finally get tired of your own excuses and make the choice to create better for yourself, that is when Magic happens. It’s simply a remembrance of your power and light.

You deserve the very best and to live in complete alignment with your soul’s purpose. Let’s go! How can you bring more sunshine and light into your life, even as we enter into the darker seasons?

The sun is yang energy, radiant, bright and full of energy. It also represents vitality, chi and personal power. We wouldn’t be here without it—so give gratitude every day! Take notice of the sun and draw down the energy into every cell and feel it rejuvenating and repairing you. Place sun symbols in the back middle of your home, which is the Fame Gua. Shine your light and infuse yourself and your relationships with this energy. Yellow and sun symbols are also great for the middle of your home, as that influences your health and wellbeing.

Warm up with a Turmeric latte. Turmeric has been used in Ayurveda for 4000+ years. I created my Golden Sun Blend to activate the power of the Sun within and warm from the inside out. Slowly and intentionally prepare and sip by candlelight or fire and feel your body warming up, glowing, rejuvenated and empowered. You can make your own by combining turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and black pepper with milk and ghee or coconut oil.

Sip slowly and say this to yourself:

I am the golden Sun.
I never run out of energy.
I shine brightly, but I rest when I need to.
I glow with radiant light from the inside and spread that light out.

You are so powerful! As many times as you need to, remind yourself of that. Each day and each moment you have the opportunity to rebirth again and again… shedding who and what doesn’t serve you and becoming who you really are. You easily can become someone new by putting on a costume and you can shed what no longer serves also… It’s as simple as that. 👻 I love you + Happy Halloween!

You deserve all the good things. Not later, but now. In this very moment.

First, you must believe you are worthy of them. Then, you must be in an energetic position to receive and hold them.

Remove, remove, remove. Remove the clutter. Remove the chaos. Remove what’s broken or out of alignment with the life you desire. Remove the unworthiness. Remove anything that isn’t serving your highest self.

Then add one good thing at a time.

Your front door is how people and good fortune find you. It’s the “mouth of chi.” (Chi = life force energy) It’s the first impression your home makes, so it should be pristine with easy to read house numbers. I saw so many amazing doors in Sicily, including this blue and gold one!

Many times people ask me if they should paint their door red because that’s what they’ve heard they should do. There are colors that align with the Bagua map but I recommend that you look at your entrance with fresh eyes and choose a color that speaks to you and coordinates with your building and surroundings. If it works out with the map, that’s a bonus.

I was blessed to be able to travel to Sicily with my Sisters from

I’ve always been drawn to volcanos and lava stone and used to use it in my jewelry making.

We got to visit Mt Etna and it was a very powerful and magical place. I brought back a Trinacria (the symbol of Sicily, found everywhere including on the flag). She’s made from lava stone and will hang her on my door for protection.

She has the head of Medusa (sometimes a woman with wings, ears of wheat—for fertility and abundance, or serpents), for protection.

The three bent legs coming from the head represent the holy trinity and the three points of the island:
• Capo Peloro (Messina, northeast)
• Capo Passero (Syracuse, southeast)
• Capo Lilibeo (Marsala, west)

The spiral of legs also reflects movement, cycles and eternal return — of life, death, and rebirth. Volcanos destruct but also are fertile grounds for rebirth.

The symbol has been used since ancient Greek times and is still on the Sicilian flag today.

Energetically, the Trinacria reminds us:

Everything is always moving, shifting, evolving. The number three itself is sacred in many traditions: body–mind–spirit, maiden–mother–crone, creation–preservation–destruction.

She represents transformation through facing fear and shadows. By meeting what terrifies us, we gain strength and protection. There is nothing more powerful than facing our fears and our own darkness.

So, when we connect with this land in Sicily — on Etna especially — we are in the middle of this spiral of energies: protection, transformation, cycles, rebirth and renewal. You can literally feel it in your bones.
