We create all our pieces from a porcelain clay formulated and mixed in house, cast in handmade molds, and finished with custom glazes.

Founded in 2014, Felt+Fat is a Philadelphia-based ceramic design and production facility that creates handmade custom ceramic tableware for hospitality and retail customers. Our slip casting process allows for variations in finish and look while retaining negligible differences in size, making each piece of FELT+FAT tableware both unique, while consistent.

It’s Nate here, explaining the ins and outs of a Felt+Fat Mystery Box. What’s inside? To begin with, Mystery Boxes typically contain, 3, 6 or 12 items curated by our fulfillment team from categories go either production ‘seconds’, archives or overruns from wholesale production.

These boxes are heavily discounted and a great way to start your collection or to grab a gift for a pottery loving friend! The boxes this time around are going to contain a higher than usual percent for first quality archive and overrun pieces but with the same heavy discount. I think these are the best boxes we’ve ever made!
