My Story
Like many people as a former athlete I struggled to find my way off the field out in the real world. After years of trying to physically punish my opponents I spent my college years learning how help prevent and manage athletic injuries injuries and worked as an Athletic Trainer for 20 years in literally every possible job setting including the Olympics, Professional, College, High School, Middle School, Youth League, International, Orthopedic Clinics, Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Clinics, Teaching, and Orthopedic Casting and Bracing. I remember right out of school it was hard to find a job because I didn't have a lot of experience. I vowed to never let that happen again and I set out to get as much experience as possible. Then, 20 years later, I couldn't get a job because I had “too much” experience and employers would rather hire someone right out of school and pay them less money. I decided that since I could not find a job that I would create the perfect job that I could do anywhere in the world with just my head and my hands. After taking a few seminars in NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) and going back to school to get a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage and passing my MBLEX exam with a very high score to obtain a PA Massage Therapy License I was able to eventually create and cultivate RESULTS! Body Work, An Integrative Therapeutic Experience that allows me to combine all of my skills, education, and training to provide the best in manual therapy services to my clients.
In just the past few months I have worked with Cy Young Award winning pitchers and Gold Medal Winning Olympic Athletes that have sought me out through referrals from other professionals. Like my name suggests I offer RESULTS and solutions to issues that have been left unresolved from other health care professionals.
