KORE Performances Personal Training designed to get you where your going, with a specific focus on functional and reha M. Kamau focuses on functional and rehabilitative training.

Kamau McRae, known by friends and associates as Kamau the owner of K.O.R.E. Performances which came into being in 2001 to address health, physical and lifestyle issues facing urban communities with a special emphasis on African American and Latino men. Kamau incorporates programs from his experience as a certified Physical Therapist Assistant, education in Sports & Exercise Science, Master's of Social Service and a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Education. He utilizes his educational training and over 20 years of experiences to deliver unique training regimes designed to address functional training and rehabilitative needs. As a practicing physical therapist assistant he has a unique perspective on training those recovering from injuries and as an exercise physiologist he has a keen eye on exercises best utilized to increase functional movement and performance. In addition, Kamau has been an athelete his entire life, since his youth he has played high school, college and rough touch football, practices martial arts and competes regularly in adventure races. Physical fitness has always been an essential part of his life and imparting healthy lifestyles to his clients, continues to motivates him in his services to urban communities.
