Victory Support Services We can also provide non duplicated personal care and support services to
individuals in retirement homes, assisted living and other community settings.

Victory is a high quality, personal assistance services and home care program that provides many support services for persons with mild to severe physical and/or mental disabilities ages 18 and up. Victory’s Independent Living Service offers a wide range of in-home, non-medical, personal care services and
home supports to people ages 18 to 59 with physical or other disabilities and those recoveri

ng from an injury in
need of limited assistance. Victory's PDA 60 plus program serves seniors 60 and over in the counties of
Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware, Bucks and Montgomery who are nursing home eligible but chose to remain in
their community or transition from a nursing home back into the community with all the needed assistance,such
as Personal Assistance Services, Attendant Es**rt, Companion Service, Homemaker/Chore Services and resources
to live as independently as possible.

Peace family been in the hospital and rehab since February suffering with kidney failure ,dialysis 3 times a week until I can find a kidney transplant and 2 open heart surgeries due to 2 aortic tears and some kind of digestive hernia and had to get surgery for that as well very painful please pray my strength and take care of yourselves love upon your family and friend’s.
