If your identity is built around being the hardest worker in the gym, this one stings.

But your body doesn’t care about your discipline — it responds to stress. And stress is stress, whether it comes from a barbell, a deadline, or bad sleep.

When recovery can’t keep up, performance drops everywhere… including the bedroom.

The goal isn’t to train less forever. It’s to train smart enough that your hormones, energy, and drive actually improve — not decline.

Sometimes progress looks like pushing harder.
Sometimes it looks like pulling back.

I put together a straight-forward guide on how to know the difference (and how to fix it if you’ve crossed the line). Link’s in my bio — I’ll send you my No BS Newsletter.

Infertility isn’t always a female issue—and it’s not always a mystery.

A large percentage of fertility problems come down to male health, and in many cases the root cause isn’t genetic or permanent. S***m health is closely tied to everyday habits: what you eat, how much you move, how much alcohol you drink, and whether you smoke. The same choices that affect your heart and hormones also affect your ability to conceive.

The upside is that many men can improve fertility by cleaning up lifestyle basics. If you want more straightforward health and longevity guidance, click the link in my bio to get my free weekly No BS newsletter.

Here’s how prostate cancer screening really works:

1. PSA Blood Test – Measures prostate-specific antigen, a chemical made by the prostate. An elevated PSA can be the first sign of prostate cancer.

2. Digital Re**al Exam (DRE) – Even if PSA is normal, an abnormal prostate felt during this exam can detect cancers that blood tests might miss.

Who should consider screening?
• Age 40+ with a strong family history (father or brother with prostate cancer)
• African American or Ashkenazi Jewish descent
• Family history of ovarian, uterine, pancreatic cancers, or melanoma
If something looks off:
• Elevated PSA or abnormal DRE → usually next step is an MRI
• MRI can guide a prostate biopsy if needed
• If MRI is normal but PSA is high → may or may not need a biopsy; discuss with your urologist

What actually changes after a vasectomy?

❌ Not your testosterone.

❌ Not your er****ons.

❌ Not your or**sm.

❌ Not your performance.

✅ What does change? The background anxiety about pregnancy.

When that worry is gone, intimacy often feels calmer, more connected, and more relaxed.
I just wrote a full breakdown on what changes — and what doesn’t.

Want to boost male fertility? These supplements might help:

1️⃣ CoQ10

2️⃣ L-carnitine

3️⃣ Vitamin C

4️⃣ Vitamin E

These antioxidants can improve s***m health and function. But before supplements, don’t forget the basics: a balanced diet, regular exercise, no smoking, and limiting alcohol or cannabis.

Here’s the truth about vasectomies and prostate cancer: having a vasectomy does not increase your risk, even if you have a strong family history. Early studies suggested a link, but decades of research have repeatedly disproven it.

The important factor is your family history itself, not the procedure. Vasectomies also haven’t been linked to any other type of cancer, so you can feel confident about this aspect of safety.

Always tired or not feeling like yourself? Low testosterone could be part of the issue.

Testosterone affects energy, mood, muscle, s*x drive, and er****ons. Levels drop with age, but poor sleep, inactivity, excess weight, and too much alcohol can make it worse. Getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, eating well, and managing alcohol all help support healthy levels.

If symptoms continue, a simple blood test can give you answers. For more no-nonsense health tips, click the link in my bio to get my free weekly No BS newsletter.

Vasectomies should absolutely be covered by health insurance. It makes no sense to me that some plans cover a tubal ligation but not a vasectomy—especially when vasectomy is safer, simpler, and cheaper.

If your insurance doesn’t cover it, it’s worth looking into options that do, because most plans typically include vasectomies.

An er****on issue isn’t always a bedroom problem. Sometimes it’s a blood flow problem.

The arteries in the p***s are smaller than the ones in your heart — which means they can show signs of trouble earlier. Think of it as an early warning light on the dashboard.

If things change suddenly and dramatically, especially under 50, that’s not something to brush off or blame on stress. It’s something to investigate.

Not every case is heart disease.
But ignoring a sudden shift is gambling with information your body is giving you.

I put together a clear, practical guide on the connection between ED and heart health — what to look at, what to test, and what to do next.

Friendly reminder from a Urologist: if it wasn’t designed to go there, don’t put it there. Curiosity is not a medical indication. Protect your parts.
