Jewish Federations have collectively raised just shy of $800 million and allocated more than $400 million for humanitarian needs and economic support in Israel since October 7.
Federations have also announced the Israel Emergency Loan Fund, to bring together $100 million towards small Israeli businesses that are struggling because of the war.

Whether you know you are highly sensitive or not, reach out and heal. Here are some clues:

1) You are creative
2) You don't fit in well with others
3) You take your own car when going to an event with a lot of people so you can leave if you don't feel well
4) You are intuitive
5) You don't like to wear wool or scratchy clothes
6) You get ill when having an argument or during conflict

Most highly sensitive people have trauma due to not having others understand them well.

Getting in touch with energy is super important to heal.

Brainspotting and other energy modalities I am trained in can help change your whole life. Stop the struggle and reach out.
