We are excited to welcome Dr. Lopez-Pastrana to Montgomery Integrative Health Group!
Dr. Lopez-Pastrana began her studies in the natural science field at the University of Puerto Rico, where she obtained her B.S. in Biology. She graduated from Medical School at Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena, Dominican Republic. She did post-doctoral training in medical research at Temple University. She completed her residency training in Psychiatry at the University of Puerto Rico and the Consultation and Liaison (CL) Psychiatry Fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (TJUH). As a consultation and liaison psychiatrist, she has great expertise in managing mental health conditions for the medically ill. She focused on patient well-being, providing holistic care to her patients. Dr. Lopez-Pastrana is a double board-certified psychiatrist in general and CL psychiatry. She is pursuing a fellowship in Integrative and Ayurvedic medicine from Maharishi University and the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, University of Arizona.
Dr. Lopez-Pastrana will start seeing patients for integrative psychiatry care November 2024 and is able to accept most insurance plans.
