😍🥰 I love this. Therapeutic Touch is amazing!

No, this is not a hunting photo.....Briton Alex Larenty lives on a game reserve in South Africa and spends his days giving lions foot massages. One day, he discovered that every time a lion was applied a cream to cure an infection on its paws, the lion would slacken and appear to smile. Since then, he has massaged all the lions in the park on a daily basis. Thanks to the pampering, he created a bond such that just by seeing him arrive, the lions lie down, begin to stretch their legs and smile. With love and respect, all relationships are possible! 💗

This is among my favorite things to hear from a client. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
We spend so much time in pain and discomfort that we eventually start to think that is normal.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
We instinctively "know" that we should take 5 minutes with our foam roller, get out of our office chair, walk down the hall to move our body, and stretch, but we don't.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
We tell ourselves lies like​​​​​​​​
● "I'll do it later."​​​​​​​​
● "I don't have time."​​​​​​​​
● "I will after I finish...."​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Then we forget and spend more time in pain and discomfort.​​​​​​​​

Why do we tell our friends and loved ones to take care of themselves and put ourselves last?​​​​​​​​
