After many cherished years, our family estate Blue Shadows is now being passed on to its next chapter. For those who have stayed with us at the Bed & Breakfast or visited as friends and family, you know how special this place has been to us. While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye, we trust the next owner will treasure it as deeply as we have. Thank you to everyone who has shared in the memories here.

It's November 1st, no better time to start a 30-day challenge than the beginning of the month right? I've done this several times over the past 10 years and it's amazing how something as simple as just squats with increasing reps throughout the month can greatly improve your overall strength and stamina.
