One of our go-to’s? Magnetic tiles 🌈

There are so many imaginative ways to play, build and create. We love to make tall, tall towers, build a garage for our cars, and make houses for our Little People. Have a sunny spot in the room? Even better — set them up and let the sun shine through. Magic! ✨

Here are a few ways to support language development while playing —>
+ Have a competition! Who can build the tallest tower? Building “up, up, up!” until they all fall “down!” is a great way to incorporate functional language (up + down) into play.
+ You build and have your little one tell you how. For example, add one at a time while using “more”. As they catch on, leave the last word.. “let’s add.. more!” This is a great opportunity to incorporate baby sign language, too! 🤟🏼
