Let’s learn how we can help our picky eaters. We have a picky eater in our home. I always thought it was normal for his age, but as the restaurant choices and brands he would accept started to dwindle, I knew I needed more help. This experience led me to Jaclyn Macchione, MOT, OTR/L; she’s our area’s expert on picky eating and has trained employees at the Renfrew Center on ARFID which you will find out about in the class. Whether it’s picky eating or ARFID, you will get strategies you can use right away that will help.
