After consultation with my physician and bullying by my therapist, I will be taking medical leave from May 19th- June 10, returning to the office June 11th.

Frances Arabia, PA will be covering with support from area family physicians.
If you have appointments with me during this time, you can:
a) Keep appointment and be seen by Frances
b) Reschedule through elation – either by making new appointment, then cancelling with existing appointment reminder or rescheduling through appointment reminder.

Frances Arabia (she/her) is a physician assistant (PA) joining Radiance in January!

You may have seen her around the clinic over the past year —perhaps she drew your labs, placed your IUD, or even implanted your pellets! As a newly board-certified PA, Frances will be closely supervised by Vicky while she plants her roots and settles in at
Radiance.

She will be available for new patients and sick or gender affirming care appointments. We are excited to be able to expand access!

“I started my healthcare journey in emergency medicine and public health before earning a BS in Biology and MS in Physician Assistant Studies from Delaware Valley University. My area of clinical and research interest is gender affirming medicine; I completed most
of my clinical rotations in PA school in gender affirming care across multiple specialties including surgery. I’m also a doctoral student at Butler University where I’m conducting a research project on long-acting gender affirming medicine.

I am excited to join Vicky at Radiance and I think her mutual aid model of direct primary care offers a material alternative to the current, inherently oppressive healthcare system. As a trans woman I believe in trans liberation and that trans healthcare and
research should be led by trans people. I also recognize that the barriers and threats to our healthcare vary based on intersecting identities and experiences and are not tied to just one upcoming presidency but are rooted in our political and economic system. I
look forward to being able to give you the time and attention you need to address what matters to you.”
