Dear friends, clients, colleagues, and followers,

In response to the wild energy of these times and in the spirit of resistance, I've decided to re-focus my "social media" efforts toward a monthly newsletter and regular Substack blog.

As much as I value the interaction with so many on Facebook and Instagram, and despite this being considered a risk, career-wise, I find myself needing to re-center. The constant barrage of information has been increasingly detrimental to my creative spark, and the ability to tap into creativity is fundamental to who I am and the work that I aspire to bring to the world.

Should you wish to stay in touch, I would LOVE to have your presence and participation in either or both of these more curated spaces. All newsletter posts are free, and many Substack posts will also be free (though any support for my writing during this time of rediscovery and evolution is most appreciated).

I'll leave my pages up for now, but I will be deleting the apps, logging out online, and retraining my fingers not to blindly type in the URLs in moments of distraction!

My first newsletter (after SIXTEEN years of having folks sign up for my email list - Whoops!) drops on Saturday.
