Trauma Informed Leadership is not only about acknowledgement.
It is about being willing to learn & use non violent communication, lead with values, and be brave enough to call BS on profit over people, oligarchy, exploitation of ppl, land, resources, abuse of power & spiritual bypassing the actual point in order to maintain a system meant destroy the soul of a people to guarantee wealth for the 1%.
There's a better way, more holistic, trauma informed sustainable path forward and it will always start with getting real clear on:
Am I willing to think for myself?
Am I willing to risk comfort for COURAGE?
What do I stand for?
What WILL I REFUSE to stand for?
What will I give my life to?
Why is it important?
What will you be remembered for AND how are you creating it in real time- NOW on purpose or haphazardly?
What habits, thoughts need turned up & which ones needs turned down / off like NOW.
Are you blindly following or are you drawing a line in the f/ing sand, taking your POWER back and LEADING yourself & those in your world like it G/tdamn matters because IT DOES?
Our lives literally are depending on how we move through these times. You've practiced, you've purged, you've healed, you've gone through hell to emerge resurrected, you
💭 What will your legacy be & what are you doing today / this season to intentionally create it?
