Its eclipse day! How is everyone doing? I just texted with a friend and she asked me if I was scared. I replied, scared of what. It's just an eclipse, nothing to be afraid of. Let me just say something here, the coming eclipse is affecting the energy in and around us. It is affecting everyone in different ways. It is affecting my friends emotions. She has had a number of losses in the recent years and she is grieving and she doesn't understand why. At times it is best for us to just go with our emotions and that is what I told her. I also told her I am here for her, and I am. Sometimes its good to know someone is there for you. Ok, I'm getting off track. I just want to say that, if the eclipse is affecting you in an adverse way, try a little bit of meditation. Go inside, drop into your heart and talk to your higher self, your soul. You will feel better, and if you need someone to be there for you, shoot me a text or email and we can text/talk anytime. I can be here for you also. I am leaving you today with Light and Love.
