Hi, I’m Lisa — a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Health Coach with over 22 years of experience helping people boost their energy, balance, and overall health through personalized nutrition.

I founded Nourish Philly in 2015 after seeing the growing need for personalized nutrition. My goal is to help individuals like you improve energy, balance, and overall health through a practical, science-based approach.

I love working one-on-one with clients to focus on the fundamentals of healthy eating, supplementation, meal planning, and lifestyle modification.

Each session includes nutrition education, empowering you to better understand the food and lifestyle choices that work best for your unique body.

As part of my individualized approach, I incorporate the myDNA Comprehensive Health Report — an analysis of 92 genes that reveals exactly what foods and supplements your body needs to thrive. This powerful report guides a whole-body, personalized plan for lasting wellness.

Did you know if you break your morning fast with protein and fiber, your energy improves, food noise is minimal to none and you will not need a snack in two hours 😉

I consider myself a seasonal eater and so I enjoy a hot breakfast on a cold morning.

I created this one pot meal and it is a family favorite 🤩

Here is the recipe if you want to give it a try!

1/3 cup dry oat bran
Water OR Milk
4 eggs
2T PB Fit powder
4 tsp date sugar

Cook the oat bran per the instructions, scramble eggs and add to cooked oat bran. Sea salt + cinnamon to taste.

Stir in date sugar + pb fit powder 😎

Makes 2 servings = 2️⃣2️⃣ grams protein and 1️⃣2️⃣ grams fiber per serving

**if made with milk instead of water = 28 grams of protein per serving

One of my family favorites!

Homemade Chicken Cutlets 😋 worth the time and effort every time.

Those who asked for the recipe this is for you ❤️

Recipe 👩🏻‍🍳

Thin sliced chicken breasts
Eggs
Locatelli grated cheese
Bread Crumbs (highly recommend )
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Parsley.

And of course tallow for frying. I purchase from . My 2nd choice would be avocado oil.

Combine one cup of bread crumbs with half cup of grated cheese and season.

(add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture if you like)

Scramble eggs, add salt and pepper.

Dip chicken in egg and then cover generously with bread crumb mixture.

Heat tallow or oil. And fry 🔥

So good! They will not last long. 🤣🤣

If you love SOURDOUGH bread 🍞 🥯🥖 like I do then you gotta check out Organic Bread of Heaven

LOVE the quality ingredients they use to make so many delicious items. My favorites include the rustic sourdough, sourdough bread crumbs, tortillas, and the cinnamon sourdough (makes an amazing French toast!)

AND If you have foood allergies you are in luck! Items are free of dairy, nuts, soy, egg, and sesame.

Shipped fresh to your door! Too good not to share.
