👉Need your help picking a primary brand font. I started with 9 and narrowed it down to these. Let me know below. For those of you that don't know most brands have to purchase a font and the licensing. I have my favorite already picked but I wanted to get your opinions. Please keep my family in your prayers this week as we mourn the loss of my Aunt Kathy

To say she will be missed does not even begin to capture the brightness she brought into a room.

She was my fashion icon… always dressed head to toe and never ever without full makeup.

It isn't going to be the same without her. She was the most amazing cook and so fun. She was actually the first person I called when I found out I was pregnant with AJ. I told her before I even told my own mother.

She fought such a long and hard battle. My heart is so very grateful that she is no longer suffering. Watching her suffer was so very hard, and I do not wish what she went through on anyone. Our family has navigated a lot of loss, and it never gets easier.

Our family has always been close. We have all genuinely been friends, and that isn't always the case with big families. This was my Mom's best friend. As far back as my memories go, I remember them talking every single morning on the phone… sometimes for hours. They continued that until she was too sick to talk.

She was the best Grandma to all her grandkids and loved them so very much. Her face would light up whenever she talked about them.

There will be such a space where her laughter and her presence used to be… but we were so lucky to have her love for as long as we did.

Please keep Michelle Sabat Zappa Judith Schmider Faiella , Mari Lou Schmider Herd James Schmider John Sabat ,Grandkids, cousins, and all of us who loved her so deeply in your prayers this week.

🌈 Sharing a few more photos from our Sedona trip.

❤️ AJ and I had an incredible time. Sedona truly has its own energy. The feeling that stood out to me most while we were there was an even deeper level of calm.

🧡 People sometimes comment on how my demeanor has changed over the years. I used to talk a LOT. Looking back, I think it was because my mind was racing so fast it almost felt like my mouth couldn’t keep up with it.

💛 My mind moves much slower now. Fear‑based thoughts, worry, and anxiety are simply not part of my daily experience anymore. To me, that still feels like a miracle.

💚 This trip only strengthened my conviction that I have a very important job to do… helping others experience the true nature of a calm and regulated nervous system.

💙 We traveled to Sedona for a private tour and healing experience with Rahelio Rodriguez, and it was everything I expected and more.

💜 The inspiration followed me all the way home. On the plane back, I wrote a brand new NeuroScene called The Song of the Shaman.

❤️ A Sedona series has already begun. The Red Rock of Redemption and the free scene The Path to World Peace are already in production. I also have two more waiting to be written: The Climb of Courage and The Hike to Happiness.

🧡 I’ve also brought on a team to help support everything that’s growing. So even if it doesn’t always look like a lot is happening here on the page, there has been a tremendous amount of work happening behind the scenes every single day.

🌈I truly can’t wait for you to experience the energy of Sedona through this new series.

AJ and I are working on the third professionally recorded NeuroScene Pond of Peace. The Vibrant Vault will hopefully be up by Friday. We will have a variety of Scenes sorted by Beginner Intermediate and Advance. So excited to grow this library. Spa of Serenity has passed testing and will be uploaded as well.

🌈 The very first professionally recorded NeuroScene is finished!!!

❤️ We placed it in the hands of seasoned listeners for testing, and as long as no sound level adjustments are needed, I will be releasing it publicly tomorrow.

🧡 AJ and I have spent over 60 hours creating this first piece. We learned so much through the process, and now we have a clear path forward as we begin creating the next one.

💛 This library will continue to grow. I already have over 70 NeuroScenes written, tested, and ready to be recorded. Looking back at the journey it took to get here still blows my mind.

💚 Walking away from everything safe and familiar was one of the hardest things I have ever done. But when you release those safety nets and truly commit, you discover just how deep your drive and tenacity actually go.

💙 I need to thank AJ, because his musical production brilliance and deep understanding of nervous system regulation is why the track behind my voice is not just background music. Every transition, every layer, every shift in tone was intentionally created to support the nervous system and allow it to do what it naturally knows how to do.
