If you’re training consistently, recovery has to be part of the plan.

We offer Normatec boots in our clubs, with hip and arm attachments available in Revive for more targeted work. It’s especially helpful after tough leg days, long workdays on your feet, or when your body just feels run down.

Think of it as active recovery without having to do more work. You show up, put the boots on, and let your body reset so you can keep showing up strong.
