Neurology conditions we specialize in include seizures, dizziness, PPPD, vertigo, migraines, vestibular migraines, mal de débarquement, imbalance, dementia, and concussion. Psychiatry conditions include depression, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and more. We offer deep TMS or transcranial magnetic stimulation for the treatment of major depressive disorder and OCD. Founded in by Sonya Knight, DO, a Board Certified Neurologist, Board Certified Psychiatrist, and Board Certified Epileptologist- yes she is board certified in all 3. In addition to this, she is a physician that truly and deeply cares for her patients and their well being and comfort. Also founded by James Barsky, PT, DPT, a Licensed Physical Therapist and Dr. Knights husband. NPBTC offers patients coordinated medical care and rehabilitation in a warm, relaxing environment.
