It has been quite a last 3-4 years for me since the drop of my own personal brand that so many have supported and shown love for. Like any baby it must go through changes and see where things can be enhanced and tweaked. I have a ton of new ideas that I can’t wait for everyone to see but until then the brand will be under construction. Mr.X-Fit here coming to you on this beautiful Friday Morning. First and foremost congratulations on all you’ve overcame and the new chapters you’ve opened ready and willing to sacrifice and XECUTE on any and everything you pour into. As the holidays continue to approach I remember one year we couldn’t think of the slightest idea of what to get my grandfather and as I took the 30-45 minute trip to the outlets in Delaware I couldn’t help but notice how cold it had become immediately the north face store popped in my head. We picked through the piles of coats and fleeces until we found the right one and boom as I lifted the underarm up, there was a hole 😂😂. Moral of the story I always wanted my own fleece when I made my brand and here we are.!!!!

Like any newborn baby you have to ensure you give it the right amount of attention, time and effort to fully maximize its potential and longevity. Well it’s been about 2-4 years since I decided to fully jump into the fitness realm after my playing career and unfortunate knee injury.

I dedicated my time and energy to building something that was much like my life has been, full of reinvention and pushing yourself to the next level.

Life gives us a myriad of choices that we have to ultimately decide if we will give up or XECUTE!!!!! I choose Xecution what’s your choice?!??!!!

Good morning Instagrammers and fitness world. We made it through February. All those possibly unfulfilled resolutions, promises and even doubts can be laid to bed this month. Take the time to realign your focus within every component of your life, whether it’s work, school, fitness, love etc... whatever it is make this month the one you reassess what it is you went out of 2019 and take the necessary steps to being proactive as well. The phrase for chapter two of this year should be “realigning focus”.
