The people in our lives influence our mental well being. Licensed Marriage and Family therapists (LMFTs) are mental health professionals who work with individuals, couples and families. LMFTs believe that an individual's emotional challenges can be better treated when understood within the context of their past or present relationships. Dr. Erica Wilkins has received over 3,600 hours of supervised clinical work experience. She is a clinical assistant professor who trains masters and doctoral level couple and family therapy students. Dr. Wilkins is the recipient of numerous awards and is a published author who has presented locally, nationally, and internationally.

I'm Dr. Erica Wilkins, and I'm a seasoned therapist, coach, and expert in facilitating transformative group experiences. With a wealth of experience leading group processes internationally, nationally, and locally, I've honed my skills in creating safe, supportive environments where individuals can grow and thrive. As a seasoned trainer, I've guided over 300 individuals in becoming therapists, leveraging the power of group dynamics to foster learning and development. My expertise extends beyond the therapy room, with media appearances on television, radio, magazines, and newspapers, where I share my insight on mental health and wellness.
Times are tough, and when things are hard, our community is usually hit the hardest. Because of that, I've decided to offer virtual Micro Support Groups for a cost of $50 a session (which is a fraction of what my clients pay for individual sessions).
