Freudian, Jungian, Object Relations, IFS, Gestalt, Sytems Theory, all use language of Ego, Self, Executive ego, Core Self, True Self, Self System, ect.
While some different terms, and focus on different features, theoretical practices agree that
1. there is something like a true self, and
2. it should really be the one in charge.

Having your own back is as existential of a mandate as it is a sociopolitical one.

Building an alliance with our core self requires an open dialogue with all the parts of ourselves willing to drag us down, judge, shame and undermine us. Over the week of this retreat-style group experience, we will curate a conversation you want to have with all your parts, about how to have your own back. Always. Tough love if that is your thing, but love at the core.

Ketamine, the medicine experience, assists folx in gaining access to a lived experience of self appreciation. This isn't a theoretical treatment. It is trying to taste a different way to revere the self. As an ally and greatest supporter.

What would it look like if you radically supported yourself? In sickness and in health. On good days and bad. During proud moments and ones that reflect the worst of you. What if you could uniquely have your back, since with the right mind set, you actually could understand all of why you struggle, and could lovingly support yourself to a better tomorrow.

Why would you be mean? Why would you be judgy? Why would you reprimand and shame yourself? One answer is your default mode processing. Another is deep held beliefs in your unconscious mind.

Ketamine helps provide a fluid, neuroplastic mind, along with a somatically soothing experience, to enter a curated, journeyed conversation with the unconscious self. The medicine journey lasts only 20 to 40 minutes, in a safe, small group experience. Fortunately, our inner healer can help us a lot in those 20 to 40 minutes!
