Join me for one of my monthly group events at a local venue, one of my weekly series or let's plan your private group celebration session. 🧘‍♀️ My Yoga+ system includes yoga, mindfulness, mental/attitude reframing, and healthy eating instruction, all brought to you at your location. Private and group instruction are available in your home, office, neighborhood, or at a park. I really wanted to get one of these plates when we were in Hawaii last summer, but didn't.
When I recently went thrifting with a friend, I saw this perfect plate on a low shelf for only $2, and I thought it would be a FUN reminder of a terrific trip.
For even more FUN, I'm definitely making the awesome hula pie that we had there. I'll let you know when I do.👍☺️
