Philly HypnoBirthing with Estee Nadav Philly HypnoBirthing offers HypnoBirthing classes to mothers who want a more comfortable, confident and loving birthing experience.

The HypnoBirthing series runs for 5 weeks with each class lasting 2 1/2 hours. The course includes the HypnoBirthing book, CD and lots of useful handouts. The techniques parents learn in these classes are skills that are helpful during childbirth and in everyday living. Classes are taught by Estee Nadav, an experienced HypnoMom herself. Hey, it’s been a while! Let me reintroduce myself! 👋

I’m Estee and I love my work helping moms prep their mind and body for , and .

But first and foremost I’m a wife, mom and COMMUNITY MEMBER.

Last night I went to a lovely event for a community organization that helps couples access fertility treatments. Although I love working with I have a soft spot for those who are struggling to conceive. There are more people out there struggling with infertility and secondary infertility than we are aware and my heart goes out to them. It’s not easy on a physical, emotional or spiritual level for those dealing with that challenge. So if you are someone or you know someone struggling with this, know that you are not alone and I’m sending you lots of love a support ❤️.

These are parents who are:

✅educated about what to do to feel more comfortable during
✅ educated about how to advocate for what they want during
✅ informed about the pros and cons of different interventions
✅ feeling peace and calm when thinking about the birth of their baby
✅ feeling secure in their choices for
✅ feeling joy and love about meeting their baby
✅ confident that they’ll have a postpartum centered around rest, good nutrition, asking for help and bonding with their baby
✅ and so much more!
