I just want to take a moment to say how proud I am of the people in my life (& followers) who take a stand for humanity — who believe that every one of us, no matter our race, gender, sexuality, abilities, culture, or creed, deserves equal rights.

When I am with you, I feel safe. I feel like you will not only accept my "otherness" but you will protect it. I feel like when I am with you I can truly blossom freely and show all of my beauty and uniqueness; which is rare.

And I KNOW that whatever you put out into the world is going to be beautiful and it's going to make the world more beautiful — for that I am so proud.

With the way the world is, please know how deeply I cherish you. I cherish the way you make me feel safe. I cherish your uniqueness, your courage, and the way you expand my life, heart, and mind.

I am completely and totally grateful for you. Thank you for making this world safer and kinder for us all. ❤️

Trust me on this one. I learned the hard way that being "high vibe" is only a temporary state of being — not a whole personality.

Yes, it opens your eyes to the love that's constantly permeating through the undercurrent of this planet, and yes, well-being truly does abound.

BUT it’s still a temporary state. You will always fluctuate between some level of suffering and that high vibe state.

And it’s what you do when you’re in that high vibe state that determines how soft (or hard) the landing will be.

If you find yourself looking at someone else's suffering and you can’t validate it, understand that in that moment, you’re symbolically looking at your own inner child who still suffers — or your past self who was unawakened, caught in the dark, and disconnected from the resource you’re currently tapped into.

The more you avoid seeing all parts of yourself, the more segregated you become within… and the more healing work you’ll have to circle back and do later.

The ego convinces us that “high vibe” means "worthy". That it means "better than". That it makes us capable of being detached, self-sufficient, and unbothered.
We become the “perfect person” — issue-free, perpetually joyful, and universally desired.

But underneath it all?
We’re silently affirming to our shadow selves that they are anything but.

So I guess what I’m trying to say is...don’t be that guy.

The Rose Of Sharon 🌸 bloomed abundantly in my backyard today & I figured I'd share a little piece of beauty where I can. My yard has been under construction and this plant has run ramped from my neighbor's yard into mine, sprinkling its little babies all over.

As you can see in the last pic, one even managed to plant its roots amidst some rusty metal brackets & ladders and somehow find the sunlight to still bloom beautifully. Which, to me, feels so symbolic of our times. Maybe this flower bursting with blooms in a most unsuspected environment is trying to show us something: WE CAN BLOOM ANYWHERE 🌷. Even amongst the rubble, we can find our ground, plant our roots, and let the light in to make sacred again a once seemingly desecrated land. 🩷

When I look up the spiritual meaning and symbolism, it, of course, is a flower of HOPE, LOVE & RESILIENCE. A symbol of Christ Himself ✝️ representing hope and resilience amidst great adversity. I felt that already just looking at the stunning display.

When my yard is finished I can't wait to transplant them all into new homes along my garden so they can hug me with their blooms every summer and we can become great friends. 🏡🌷🌳🌸💖

Make no mistake about it—the war does not end for a soldier once they leave the battlefield.

We are walking our young American soldiers into a life sentence that will ripple into everyone who cares about them. And the large majority of the soldiers that die from going into war will not die with honor they will leave their families (especially religious ones) in shame & darkness.

To lose a loved one to su***de is a grief that has more complicated and painful layers than most other deaths.

I have close personal friends who work in the mental health departments of the VA and DOGE just swept through & gutted a large portion of this dept. So let me assure you, this administration does not give a damn about our soldier's mental health post-war nor are we as a nation even equipped to handle it.

The stigma around mental health—especially in soldiers, who are treated like war machines—is so much so it becomes another cause of su***de.

Soldiers, who put their bodies, hearts, and minds on the line for this country are taught that honor alone should carry them through the aftermath of war. But that's never the case.

There are many costs to war but it's easy for those who are supporting it to only see the price the other country pays...but this is just one facet of the price we have already paid for war.

Let me point out that these numbers don't include the soldiers who fell into addiction, destroyed their lives, tore apart their families, or died of overdose bc they don't even count those numbers.

I have never supported war because I have always supported soldiers.

I think it’s about time I spoke some motherf*cking TRUTH.

I have been consciously on a spiritual path for nearly 20 years. I have seen the light in all its beautiful glory & I have walked the caves of some of the darkest places this world has seen. I have been held captive both mentally and physically and I have found my own freedom time and time again, only to jump back into the hell to learn & grow some more.

If there is any spiritual leader you should listen to, it’s the ones who have walked the trenches with you, because unless they have learned to embrace & LOVE their own darkness, they will never be able to see YOU in yours.

They will unknowingly shame you as you seek to find the pieces of yourself hidden in the cave, and they will forever encourage your own self-abandonment no matter how well-intended they are. THEY CANNOT SEE YOU — all of you.

If they want to rob themselves of experiencing the full range of emotions that is a part of being human, then let them. But continuing to follow their message will result in your own suppression.

Make no mistake:

THE SELF-LOVE REVOLUTION is still alive and well — but right now it LOOKS LIKE RAGE.

Rage itself is cleansing when embraced and not judged. It is a ferocious destruction of the untruths that have been governing your mind under false authority that stole your spiritual sovereignty long ago.

Your rage is your power showing you exactly where your boundaries stand, and allowing that rage to wash through you literally makes you take up the space you are entitled to and places you onto the throne that belongs to you.

Don’t you DARE let them make you fear your rage.
Don't you DARE let them shame you into forgiving before you've had your chance to feel your rage.

Rage is the most beautiful thing you have right now — and it’s the ONLY way out where you stand.

Rage is the path. Rage is the doorway. Burst the F**K THROUGH.

Relational trauma has been my biggest hurdle in life. I love hard, I make people feel like they matter, I'm genuinely interested in being with them, getting to know them, lifting them up and watching them grow. I have loved humanity for as long as I've been alive but unfortunately, I have had to learn how to pull back my love from those who have proven time and time again that they don't deserve it or value it.

I have never been confused about the value my love brings. What's been painful is accepting that many others were. I know that people don't know what they don't know and many have to lose everything to gain true understanding, it's just been gut-wrenching to have been surrounded by those kinds of people most of my life.

So now, I preserve the precious parts of me for those that have proven they will appreciate it the way it deserves to be. I was one a very giving person freely offering myself like candy. And now, no many what the spiritual texts (mostly written by men) say, you'll never catch me doing that again.
