Most people try to “make up for it” after a hard session. That’s like waiting until your tank is empty to think about gas.

Fuel throughout the day → better performance → less to recover from.

Keep it simple:
• Eat before you’re starving
• Hydrate before you’re behind
• Don’t rely on one big post-workout fix

Part 2

There isn’t a separate “GLP-1 diet.”

There’s just good nutrition — applied to the individual.

A dietitian isn’t just handing out protein and fiber targets.

We’re looking at the full picture:
– where someone is starting
– what got them there
– what their daily and weekly eating looks like
– and what needs to change long term

A lot of people are taking GLP-1s without changing habits.

That’s the gap.

Like it’s something completely different.

It’s not.

Highlighting existing protein and fiber in products doesn’t suddenly make a product “healthy.”

Watch how fast food companies start slapping “GLP-1 friendly” on packaging without changing anything.

Identifying nutrients isn’t the same as having a solid approach to changing habits.

Since starting, my discipline around meal timing has improved significantly. Adding more intentional snacks throughout the day has helped stabilize my hunger and energy.
