My journey towards discovering a healthy lifestyle began 5 years ago with the onset of two incredible life-events: the birth of my daughter and my sistersโ diagnosis of incurable brain cancer.
Both of these occurrences forced me to look more more closely at the power and influence of nutrition. As a new mom who was watching her sister treat her life threatening illness with her diet, I began to research the healing power of food. This drastically changed my perspective towards nutrition and I began to recognize the direct impact what we eat can have on every aspect of our lives.
