This is a reminder that our space is not here to "retreat" from our world... but to find ourselves more fully in it.

The whole spectrum of humanity is on display... finally. And while the pain & suffering is oh so very real, this time is not meant for comfort, just like the moments before birth, when what is to come is still almost entirely unknown, but we are being asked to... surrender.

Oh, surrender.

May you remember that gathering, loving, and tending are all holy acts at this time.

And may we walk this path alongside each other, with truth, heart, and unconditional trust.

We love you.

We love this world.

And we have radical faith, even when it hurts.

It's (almost) time to gather around for our monthly goddess circle, and this month's medicine is perfect for this cold, wintery season: DISCOMFORT.

In the words of this month's host:

"It's so true that "great things never came from comfort zones".

Now more than ever, we as humans are being tested and are tired.

Now more than ever we must face what is uncomfortable and rise through the storm to meet the rainbow on the other side.

We can do this together!

We can learn how to sit in the unknown, face adversity, and get to know ourselves in a place that may not be comfortable.

Through craft, movement, play, and performance come be silly, do some things you maybe normally don't do, listen and share stories, build a winter bouquet, and learn more about the watershed/environment!

You may find you're not so alone after all and even share unexpected similarities."

As always, these circles are free to all who resonate with the energy of the goddess... but RSVP is required.

And there will be a kids circle in addition to the adult circle, so feel free to bring (and RSVP for!) your little one(s) joining.

Had to pull a few photos of doing yoga here in Harmony to celebrate her very first Yin Yoga workshop here, this Wednesday 1/7 from 5:30-7pm.

From her words, "It's going to be so cozy! Think dark, quiet vibes. Creating the perfect atmosphere to go within and truly relax."

In case you aren't familiar, yin is a slow, intentional style of yoga that focuses on tending to the fascia & connective tissue (think: the reaaaalllly tight areas!) through long (2+ minute) holds. Once you practice this style of yoga, it's quite addicting because you can FEEL the difference in your body, even after one session!

Pair this with other healing modalities, like acupressure & aromatherapy with Valerie's incredibly talented sister, .nd, and the deep healing potential is profound.

This is the epitome of nourishment for the winter season, and there are still a handful of spots left to join.

a ritual of possibility:

This is a creative & curious ritual, and is thus a great experience for someone who is "new" to ritual, alongside longtime practitioners who work with tarot or oracle regularly.

It provides a guided journey to contemplate a specific message for each month, with love, from your highest self, the universe, divine, God, or however you prefer to name your wisdom team!

And depending on what "medium" you enjoy to create with (words, paint, collage, etc) you have the opportunity to channel a letter, or create a small
"guidance deck" with one card/page for each month so that you can place it somewhere to always remember these messages & continue the integration of this work year-round!

This ritual is always included in HeartSpace, but we are opening it up to the public because it's so impactful!! If you are called to it, drop "possibility" in the comments & we'll DM you the link to join.
