Celebrating World Sound Healing Day with a frequency you can feel 🤍✨

We started the day with a community sound healing encoded with the intention of Love & Compassion and sent a sonic valentine to Mother Earth. 💌

Brenda’s Sound Orchestra is more than a session… it’s a full-body immersion. With 20 crystal singing bowls and 10 additional sacred instruments ~ 30 layers of vibration woven together ~ each experience becomes a living symphony for the nervous system, the heart, and the soul.

From gatherings across the United States to sacred spaces in Peru and Greece — and Italy this coming spring — these healing frequencies continue to ripple around the world. 🌍

Farewell Crete, Greece. 🇬🇷🧿🪬 Thank you for your ancient sacred energies and breathtaking landscape which allowed us to dive deep and reconnect with our profound truths from within. The natural elements of Greece were companions and guides on our journey to remember love is all there is. ✨

We had an unforgettable week in Crete, exploring Knossos Palace, Imbros Gorge, Balos Lagoon, Gramvousa Island, and experiencing spectacular cuisine and vibrant culture of the Cretans. 💙
