Job description

The Medical assistant position provides an excellent patient experience and provides a friendly and healthy atmosphere that is individualized and unique to each patient in accordance with the principles, policies, and procedures of the company set forth under the direction of the provider for medical care. Bilingual in Spanish is a must.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ROOM PATIENTS AND TAKE VITALS
CHART PREP FOR THE NEXT DAY
PERFORM PROCEDURES AND INJECTIONS
ORDER SUPPLIES
ANSWER PHONE CALLS
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/SKILLS

Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program – Required
1 year of MA experience is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
