almond croissant blondies đą
2 cups almond flour
1 scoop vanilla Agoge protein
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup melted plant butter
1/2 cup plant milk, unsweetened
Topping: sliced almonds & powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease your 8x8 pan
2. While your oven is preheating, grab a mixing bowl and combine the wet ingredients. Mix well
3. Add in your dry ingredients and combine until a thick batter forms
4. Pour into your greased baking pan and spread out evenly
5. Sprinkle on the sliced almonds and bake for 30-35 minutes
6. Let cool completely, slice into 9 squares and dust with powdered sugar
