carrot cake energy bites 🥕 🍰 💪🏼
Ingredients:
1 scoop agoge vanilla protein
1 cup pitted Medjool dates
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup cashews
1 tbsp black chia seeds
3 tbsp dairy free milk
1 tsp cinnamon spice
1/4 tsp nutmeg spice
Pinch of sea salt
2/3 cup old fashioned oats
Directions:
1.Add everything to a food processor and blend until a thick moldable dough forms
2. Roll into 10-12 bite sized balls
3. Keep as is or roll each ball in unsweetened coconut flakes
4. Refrigerate and enjoy!
