carrot cake energy bites 🥕 🍰 💪🏼

Ingredients:

1 scoop agoge vanilla protein
1 cup pitted Medjool dates
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup cashews
1 tbsp black chia seeds
3 tbsp dairy free milk
1 tsp cinnamon spice
1/4 tsp nutmeg spice
Pinch of sea salt
2/3 cup old fashioned oats

Directions:
1.Add everything to a food processor and blend until a thick moldable dough forms
2. Roll into 10-12 bite sized balls
3. Keep as is or roll each ball in unsweetened coconut flakes
4. Refrigerate and enjoy!

cookie dough stuffed dates 🍪

1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup agoge vanilla protein
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup peanut/almond butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 container of medjool pitted dates

Directions:

1. Cut each date open but not completely in half. Just so there’s room to add in the cookie dough
2. In a large mixing bowl add in the wet ingredients and then the dry
3. Mix well until a thick dough forms. If it’s too dry then add in 1 tbsp dairy free milk until a sticky cookie dough consistency forms
4. Take each date and stuff with cookie dough
5. Keep in the refrigerator and enjoy whenever you need a sweet treat 😋

chocolate truffle protein bars ✨🍫

1 cup oat flour
2 scoops chocolate protein
2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup almond milk + 1/4 extra
1/4 cup runny almond butter

Directions:

1. In a microwave safe bowl melt the 1/3 cup almond milk and 1/3 cup chocolate chips for about 40 seconds. Take out and stir until smooth
2. Pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl along with the almond butter and mix until combined
3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and remaining almond milk until a thick dough forms
4. Press the mixture into a rectangle shaped dish and flatten until even
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
6. Cut into bars and drizzle with extra melted chocolate (optional)
7. Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy

protein butterfinger bars 🍫🎃

2 cups corn flakes, crushed up
1 & 1/2 scoops agoge protein
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 cup unsalted cashew butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Topping:
Dairy free chocolate chips, melted

👻 Directions:

1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add in the dry ingredients and mix together until a thick dough forms
3. Add in more corn flakes if needed
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up the dough
5. Form into 10-12 candy bar pieces
6. Freeze for 30 minutes
7. Melt your chocolate with a tiny bit of coconut oil to help the consistency be more runny
8. Coat each candy piece with chocolate and stick back into the freezer until hardened
9. Enjoy!
