Hey I'm Charlie! Happily, proudly, & shamelessly 9 1/2 months sober here in Cincinnati, Ohio. Despite all the mounting legal issues (multiple Duis & reckless ops), rocky family relationships, & a bunch of lost friendships & romantic relationships, I still chose to drink. Over the past 5 years is when really started to address my drinking & that only started for me because it was court ordered. I've failed to finish multiple rehabs; simply checking off boxes & being compliant with the courts & never fully surrendering myself to the fact that I need help beyond my own human strength with battling alcohol. Back in March, I turned myself in on one warrant, got a last chance & checked into an inpatient rehab, squared away all of my other warrants, graduated every step of treatment, AND got baptized back on May 15. By God's grace, strength, & love, I'm now 9 1/2 months sober. God did this, God made a way for me, I didn't. For me, my faith & Jesus are my rock in my battles with alcohol.,

Thank you Lord and I'll say it again Thank you lord for the best gift I could ever resive from you I never knew how powerful you are when I surrendered my life over to you my higher power greater then my self just the promises and the new way of thinking and praying has changed my life for good being sober now for 80 days is a miracle because when I was out in the streets I had no vision of changing or even getting help but somthing out there happend I had my first ever Spiritual Awakening and right them I woke up and made a choise to finely get help and from that point on my life changed for the better so now im here your baby brother your Grateful Daddy Best friend Uncel Companionship and a grateful Compa and so on But for sure a man of God so with that I'll pass Amen ...
